Quinta do Valdoeiro Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 Red Wine
Quinta do Valdoeiro Cabernet Sauvignon presents cherry ripe colour. Aromas like fruits blackberries, blackcurrant and plum, but also hints of chili powder and a slight of cedar and roasted coffee. The palate is velvety and intense, with powerful, but integrated tannins, muscled and tasting to red fruits and spices, resulting in a very elegant and interesting complexity. Very long aftertaste

For tasting notes, this wine typically presents a dense and dark red color. On the nose, you can expect great finesse and complexity, with suggestions of red berry fruits, a floral edge, and well-integrated toast character from oak aging. On the palate, it exhibits robust tannins that provide structure and backbone, ensuring its longevity in the bottle. It's a wine that offers both immediate enjoyment and considerable potential for further evolution in your cellar. Due to its structure and aging, it pairs wonderfully with hearty dishes like grilled red meats, roasted pork, or even traditional Portuguese roasted kid.
