The wine production in this place dates back at least to the 18th century. But it was in 2003 that there was the rebirth of the current Quinta dos Abibes whose terroir is already an inescapable symbol of Bairrada
<p></p><p>Quinta das Arcas has around 50ha, 35ha of vineyards stand out, around 30 years old, where under the influence of a very particular micro-climate grapes of high quality of the Loureiro, Trajadura and Arinto grapes are obtained</p>

An intense and complex wine, with notes of pineapple, grapefruit and peach in the aroma and great freshness and rebelliousness in the mouth. Excellent company of fish, seafood, sushi and fresh salads.</p> <p></p>

<p></p><p>Vinhas de Cypriano Curtimenta White Wine presents yellow colour with greenish tones. Aromas of exuberant floral notes, light nuances of tropical fruit reminiscent of pineapple. The palate is drier, with citrus notes that stand out due to its vibrant but balanced acidity. </p>
<p></p><p>After fermentation, it is aged for 6 months in the same barrels, during which time the fine lees are kept in suspension, and 6 months of battonage. After bottling, it is aged for 18 months in the bottle</p>
<p></p><p>Quinta D'Amares wines carry a legacy of history in its cradle, represented by the magnificent Monastery of Rendufe (11th century) and the Aqueduct (17th century)</p>
