Raza Vineyard has 40 hectares and it is located in Celorico de Basto, in Vinho Verde Region (DOC). The unique terroir is created by the gentle slopes and the magnificent exposure to the sun. The soil benefits from its granite origins with areas of schist and clay. This is very unusual in Vinho Verde Region
<p></p><p></p> <p>In 1917, Lago Cerqueira founds the Caves of Calçada with the construction of a cellar in the House. Casa da Calçada, moreover, had long produced wines, and had a crown that proved it: that which is today the oldest vineyard in the region.</p>
<p></p><p>Lua Cheia em Vinhas Velhas is a result of the passion to display the individuality and character that the creators of this project have with the Douro region for more than two decades. After so many years of being surprised by this unique wine region, in 2009 the time arrived to show what they have been seeing in Douro wines. The company's history began in that year with the production of white wines from Murça, an area forgotten by progress, but that produces unique wines with full identity. In 2010, work began on an investment in the winery in Martim, Douro, and in 2012, in the cradle of Alvarinho, Monção region. In 2013, a partnership was started in Alentejo, vinifying, in third party facilities, the grapes chosen and acquired in the region of Estremoz. In 2017, Lua Cheia has extended its presence into other Portuguese wine region – Dão.</p>
<p></p><p>Sem Igual Orange is made from Arinto and Azal grapes. The wine has skin contact during fermentation and it exhibits a rich gold color and citrus and orange peel aromas. On the palate, it is fresh, bone dry, with a long finish, perfect for pairing with white meat dishes and cheeses</p> <p>Sem Igual Orange pairs wonderfully with richly structured and naturally fatty foods such as lamb, duck, or pork, especially when seasoned with orange or citrus. It also creates an excellent match with herb-roasted fish featuring mustard seeds and fennel.</p>
<p></p><p>ADN Loureiro Docil White Wine is produced by Anselmo Mendes and Dirk Niepoort</p><p>The fresh and floral aromas are typical for the Loureiro grape variety. Fine and elegant on the nose, balanced and delicate on the palate. The wine’s refreshing acidity and sweetness are both pronounced yet in perfect harmony with each other.</p>
<p>Thanks to its fuller and more complex profile, Quinta D'Amares Vinessa is ideally suited to dishes with greater structure. It is the perfect partner for fatty fish, cod dishes, seasoned white meats, and even oriental cuisine. Its presence in the mouth and persistence allow it to accompany refined meals, balancing the fat of the food with its natural freshness.</p>

<p></p><p>The Casal de Ventozela Agricultural Society is a family-owned company dedicated to the production of Vinhos Verdes since 1983. The vineyards are located in the small parish of Mogege, in the Vale do Ave sub-region, the heart of the Vinhos Verdes region.</p>
