<p>Soalheiro Melpasso White Wine is a very gastronomic wine, ideal to accompany a meal. Complex aroma, with ripe fruit (pear, quince, dried apricot), subtle honey, orange blossom, dried fruit and delicate toasted and mineral notes. Voluminous and enveloping mouthfeel, with a firm texture, balanced acidity and layers of flavour that evolve in the glass. It was restructured in 1994 and replanted with the regional varieties, Azal, Loureiro and Arinto. In 2007 it obtained the Demeter Certification. Since then, without interruption, it has been placing its wines on the market.</p> <p>The wines from Quinta da Palmirinha are the result of Biologic and Biodynamic agriculture.</p>
