Ideal with grilled or roasted fish in olive oil and boiled seafood. It should be served at a temperature of 10 to 12ºC.

Full-bodied and very persistent.<br />Its ageing in oak barrels and its acidity give it the perfect profile to harmonise with dishes traditionally associated with red wines.
