Served at between 12º C and 14º C, it is traditionally a dessert wine that goes very well with fruit tarts, ice cream, dried fruit, chocolate, coffee and caramel. It also goes well with strong cheeses. Served chilled with dried fruit, it is also a very pleasant aperitif.</p> <p>This wine, with an average age of 3 to 4 years, is the result of a selected blend of red wines that have been aged in large oak barrels.</p>
