The </span>aroma<span class="selected"> is clean, fresh, and mineral, with delicate notes of orange blossom, reminiscent of silex and wet stone, and hints of citrus peel. On the </span>palate<span class="selected">, it reveals a lively and crisp acidity, very refreshing and characteristic of the Arinto grape. The fruit evolves pleasantly, with a firm structure and a "full" mouthfeel. The finish is lively, crunchy, lemony, and persistent, full of acidity.
