The old house of Lagar de Fuso and Vara gave birth to Quinta do Lagar Novo. This small agricultural property, with a history of grape and wine production, developed over more than 200 harvests, has about 5 ha of vineyard, installed according to the best and most recent viticultural techniques, under the guidance of the owner Luís Elias Gonçalves de Carvalho.
The wine production of Quinta do Lagar Novo was born from the Carvalho family's desire to pay tribute to their ancestors and make high quality wines here.
<p></p><p>Quinta do Monte D'Oiro Reserva White Wine presents a delicate nose, with notes of white flowers, discreet fruit and sea air. The mouth is deep and broad, with good acidity and saline finish. Well integrated barrels, with structure, volume and enormous elegance.</p>
<p></p><p>Quinta da Nogueira vineyards are in clayey soils, with a natural freshness and salinity, without irrigation, uniques, marked by the influence of a natural microclimate at the foot of the Serra de Todo-o-Mundo (“All-the-World Mountain”) and by the proximity to the Atlantic sea, which is 20 km away. In the approximately 20 hectares of vineyards at Quinta do Porto Nogueira - with DOC Óbidos classification - each parcel of vineyard is treated and valued as unique and different, and all them wines are produced with the pleasure and well-being of those who enjoy them.</p>

<p></p><p>It all started in 1987 when Alice and Paulo were looking for a property that would be their family's Project and where they could make high quality wine.<br />At Quinta da Chocapalha, all elements of the family have a role in creating the spirit of the project</p>
<p></p><p>This fortified wine dates back to the 14th century and reached its golden period by the laborious hands and sharp mind of Sebastião José de Carvalho e Melo - Marquês de Pombal and Conde de Oeiras. Carcavelos' wine ran the world. It entered the most varied cultures. It has even given part of its 'soul' to Port wine in order to give it a 'body' and a superior taste. From this fertile and auspicious period, it fell to levels that without the intervention of the municipality was expected to cease to exist.</p> <p>It took hold and recovered and today, the vineyard continues to produce, on the hillside facing the Tejo, in the land that has always been fertile, shaken by the wind that is typical of us, the grape varieties. In the white, Galego Dourado, the Ratinho, the Arinto, the Rabo-de-Ovelha and the Seara-Nova; in the red, the perfect combination between the castes Castelão, Amostrinha and Trincadeira. Grapes that mixed in the exact measure, like alchemy, gives origin to our generous.</p>
<p></p><p>Monte Bluna Tictac Rosé Wine has a coral pink colour. The aroma is subtle and delicate, with multiple overlapping layers. It shows fresh red fruit, lively floral notes and hints of herbs. The unnoticeable wood reveals itself in the complex way it elevates the wine. The striking thread in the tasting is the limestone background that lingers in the memory. On the palate it's elegant, enveloping and with a sharp freshness. The finish is remarkably long and enveloping.</p>
