The sparkling M & M is produced by the Bairrada Central Cave in Anadia, in the heart of Bairrada. The M & M brand was created to honor Américo Matos and Domingos Moura, two indispensable figures in the company's history.

<p></p><p>Caves founded more than 50 years ago, located in a property with more than 30 hectares, currently. These caves are carved in the rock, in blue granite, reaching a depth of 72 meters</p>
<p></p><p>The Primavera Caves were founded in 1944 by the brothers Vital and Lucénio Rodrigues de Almeida. From small and totally manual installations, the company now has a covered area of 10,000 m2, with technologically advanced equipment.</p>
