<p>CARMIM - Cooperativa Agrícola de Reguengos de Monsaraz - was created in 1971 by a group of 60 winegrowers with the objective of producing and marketing wine, from the grapes of a group of winegrowers of the region.<br />CARMIM currently has about 900 members and produces 74 wine references: from whites to reds, from youngsters to reservations, to liqueurs, rosé and sparkling wines. <p></p><p>Quinta da Pedreira Reserva Bruto Sparking Rosé Wine is texclusively made with Baga grape variety.</p> <p>The wine was made using an open top process and gentle pressing of the grapes to extract the ideal color.</p> <p>Fermentation was spontaneous and there was no need to use a refrigeration system.</p>
