Complex aroma showing excellent evolution in bottle, elegant, well integrated wood, balsamic aromas and ripe red and black fruits. Concentrated and of excellent freshness in the mouth, texture and tannins balanced with a fruity and persistent end
Located in the heart of the Douro Demarcated Region, Quinta da Deserta has its vineyards rooted between the banks of the river Tavora and the river Douro, in schistose soils. The combination of very hot, dry summers and cold, wet winters results in low yields but with high quality grapes. The products sold from Quinta da Deserta are certified.
