    Very concentrated, with balsamic notes and mature red fruit aromas. Big, bold and juicy, with flavours of red fruit. Round and firm tannins with a powerful and exotic finish
    Vinification
    The grapes were vinified in temperature controlled stainless steel vats, with scheduled remontage.
    Ageing
    The wine underwent malolactic fermentation in its original stainless steel storage tanks and was then racked into oak barrels where it aged for 16 months. 66% in new American oak and the remainder in French oak
