    The aroma is very concentrated with notes of vanilla and chocolate. It is full bodied, vinous and soft. It presents a prolonged and delicate taste

    The grapes were then totally destemmed and crushed. fermentation took place by separating and placing in small stainless steel lagares with prolonged maceration. The grapes were then gently trodden using the traditional foot treading process (pisa a pé)
