It is a very mineral wine, with citrus and floral aromas that give it delicacy in the nose and reveals it in the mouth. It has fresh character and a very nice finish

The fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures (15-16º) for 18 days, in order to enhance the fermentative aromas of the grapes
