<p></p><p>Quinta do Javali Reserva Red Wine presents deep red colour. Nose dominated by notes of ripe red fruit with some hints of strawberry jam and raspberry, combined with nuances of spice. So well integrated, there are notes of toasted barrels of high quality, giving a greedy character to wine, with aromas of vanilla and brioche. In the mouth, it confirms the fruity aromas in harmony with this structure but elegant.</p>
<p></p><p>Quinta Vale d'Aldeia – located in the Meda region in the heart of the Upper Douro – is a project born of one family’s effort and dedication, with the main aim of producing outstanding wines. </p>
<p></p><p>Quinta do Vallado, established in 1716, is one of the oldest and most famous Quintas in the Douro Valley. It once belonged to the legendary Dona Antia Adelaide Ferreira, and still belongs to her descendents.</p>
<p></p><p>Quinta de Sá de Baixo is located in Sedielos, municipality of Peso da Régua. </p> <p>The red wines are made with tanning, prolonged macerations and are partly matured in stainless steel and partly in French oak barrels</p>
<p>Firmamento White Wine</p> <p>On the nose, Firmamento White Wine reveals a marked presence of citrus fruit (mandarin, grapefruit, lemon) and a significant minerality.</p> <p>On the palate, the citrus flavours remain, although the grapefruit has a strong presence and some notes of pineapple and wet stone stand out. The wine shows a balance between acidity and structure.</p>
<p></p><p>Voyeur is a wine fermented and macerated in clay vats of 1000 litres during several months. In each talha ferment and macerate an old vine from a different place in the Douro. Here the grape varieties are a secondary factor, giving importance to the complexity of the blend, including the white varieties. Vines between 40 and 50 years old, from high areas, with a fresher profile so that they can macerate for months without losing their character.</p>
