Excellent as an apperitif, as well as with fish, shellfish, pasta and white meat dishes.
Tasting Notes
Intense salmon color. Aroma of red fruits, with notes of cherry, currant and raspberry, as well as strawberry, cassis and ginger. Of delicate structure, with a harmonious and soft texture. A fresh wine of good complexity. Elegant and acidic finish.
