    It is a wine in which fruit, complexity, elegance and freshness are balanced in a unique way, originating an excellent 2015 white. Produced to be consumed young, it has a great lay down potential
    Vinification
    The were whole bunch pressed slowly to allow a controlled extraction. Without skin maceration, the must rest for 24 hours,and then it underwent a slow alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats (10%) and new 500 litres French oak barrels (90%)

Long aging in high quality barrels don't mask the wine. On the palate, the structure has a huge dimension, supported by good tannins, which enhance the long persistence of evidence and considerable aging capacity</p>
