Tons de Duorum Red (Douro DOC) is a vibrant Portuguese red wine crafted from a blend of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, and Tinta Roriz, grown on schist soils in the Douro Valley. The grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and gently crushed, followed by a cold pre-fermentation maceration for about three days. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at temperatures below 25 °C. The wine is then aged for approximately six months in second and third-year French oak barrels, preserving its freshness and structure
