<p></p><p>Encoberta Red Wine is a very characteristic red wine from Penalva do Castelo (Castendo sub-region) and a typical Dão blend of the main varieties of this area. The soil composition, with granite, quartz and clay, different from our other vines in Vila Nova de Tazem with granite, makes this wine a little more fruity, dense and with texture, without losing its freshness and minerality. A Dão that shows its origins.</p>

It is recommended to serve this wine between 16ºC and 18ºC. For food pairing, it beautifully complements aged meats, grilled red meats, and game dishes like venison.
