<p>Quinta da Lomba White Wine not only embodies everything that the Dão region’s grape varieties have to offer but also the splendour of its hundred-year-old vines.</p> <p>The palate impresses with its elegance, firm structure, and saline, spicy profile. The wine’s acidity points to the vineyard’s granite soils and lends the wine freshness as well as a lingering, complex finish. <p>Quinta da Fata is located in the demarcated region of Dão Wine. The slight slope to the south gives you a sunny exposure that benefits the wine and makes it particularly pleasant.</p>

<p>Quinta dos Carvalhais Tinta Roriz  has a deep red colour and a very fine and complex aroma of red fruit, characteristic of the variety when planted. The lively acidity and the fine ripe tannins, create a very well balanced wine, persistent to the palate and with great elegance</p>

<p>The Encruzado, Bical and Cercial-Branco vineyards that originate this wine have 25 to 60 years old and grow in granite soils. This wine fermented with indigenous yeasts in 2500 L foudre and cement tank, where aging took place “sur lie” without batonnage. It has a citrus profile and delicate aromas of orange peel, tea leaf and a slight toasted reduction. In the mouth, it has remarkable acidity and minerality. It has enormous aging potential</p>
