Nowadays it is owned by the grandchildren of the founder who constituted the Sociedade Agrícola da Quinta do Regainho Lda, which is dedicated to the production, vinification and bottling of wines. The agricultural exploitation extends for more than 20 ha, having recently reconverted the traditional branches into new vineyards, planted with Loureiro and Alvarinho castes, adopting a modern conduction system. Its wines are marketed under the Quinta do Regainho, Vinhas Baixas and Moinho Velho brands
