<p></p><p>Prior Lucas Habemus White Wine is the result of a distinct terroir whose quartzite soil gives it a very unusual identity.</p> <p>It presents light yellow colour with greenish tones. Nose: Discreet, with aromas of stone fruit, pineapple, complexed with some buttery flavours. Mouth: Unctuous, with an intense flavour and well marked acidity, integrating a slight tannin from the barrel very well.</p>

The wine is partially aged in oak, adding complexity and depth to its expression while maintaining a vibrant, structured profile true to Bairrada's classical style.</p> <p>On the nose, it offers elegant and layered aromas of green apple, pear, and citrus, complemented by floral, mineral, and subtle spice notes from barrel aging. The palate is dry, crisp, and linear, with bright acidity and a clean, persistent finish. With moderate alcohol (around 12% vol), this wine is refreshing yet structured, making it a great pairing for grilled fish, seafood rice, and soft cheeses—and an excellent candidate for aging.</p>

<p></p><p>Filipa Pato Flos Castanea White Wine has a distinct touch of flowers (camomile, thyme flower), pears (typical Bical) and a slightly velvety character (hazelnuts, almonds, pine). After some time in the glass, it reveals even more thyme and honey. It will develop further with some time in the bottle. The palate is creamy, relatively smooth and has an intriguing minerality, spicy flavour and good length.</p>
