The Ortigão Quatro Dezasseis Grande Reserva White is a premium white wine from the Bairrada DOC in Portugal, made 100% from the Arinto grape and aged in French oak barrels before bottle maturation. <p>Frei João White Wine shows a clear, bright citrus to straw yellow color. The aroma is fresh with notes of citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit), green apple, and sometimes subtle floral or mineral hints. On the palate, it's crisp and refreshing, with vibrant acidity, a light to medium body, and a clean, dry finish. This makes it a highly versatile wine for pairing with fresh seafood, light salads, white meats, vegetarian dishes, and sushi, and it's best served well chilled.</p>
