In the mouth, the definition of the pear, dried fruit and vanilla stand out. Slightly delicate tannins that add unctuousness and mouthfeel. It finishes long and persistent with a frank, salivating acidity.</p>

Its elegant structure and vibrant freshness make it an excellent pairing for seafood, roasted cod, or aged cheeses like Serra da Estrela. Only 5,856 bottles were produced, highlighting its exclusive, terroir-driven character.</p>
