<p></p><p>Pôpa Tinta Amarela presents open ruby colour, delicate aroma of red and blackcurrants, hints of forest, dry earth and a mixture of fresh aromatic herbs. Full of freshness on the palate, fairly light-bodied, delicately structured, with a vegetal flavour.</p> <p>These are wines that begin to be designed when they are pruned and which, after entering the cellar, undergo as little intervention as possible.</p> <p>The profile of the wine is determined by the year in climatic terms. Only released in years when the behaviour of the plot meets the expectations of the profile and quality required.</p> <p>Wines that, by combining freshness with notes of complexity and finesse, together with a suggestive persistence, are well suited to various types of gastronomy and a variety of dishes.</p>

<p></p><p>On the nose, very fresh and elegant with notes of wild berries and black cherries in balance with seductive nuances of licorice, the aroma being complexed by discrete wood notes. In the mouth, it is very concentrated, warm, with firm tannins and soft texture, very intense finish and persists to show strongly the strength of the wines of the Alto Douro.</p>

Resulted from the union of 15 producers, owners of 18 Quintas spread throughout the best terroirs in the 3 sub-regions of the Douro region (Baixo Corgo, Cima Corgo and Douro Superior).
