Founded in 1892, just before the demarcation of the Dão region, the Casa da Passarella became one of the most emblematic houses of Portuguese wines and, through which legendary names of oenology passed and contributed.
A Descoberta, O Enólogo, Abanico, Enxertia, O Fugitivo and Villa Oliveira are the wines produced by Casa da Passarela and each one tells a story written on its labels.
The first record of the known house is that of the bottling of Villa Oliveira in 1893.
Today, Casa da Passarela has 100 hectares of which 50 are vineyards. These are divided into seven vineyards, each with unique characteristics - not only with different exhibitions but with an incredible and original diversity of grape varieties.
Recognized for its originality, the Casa da Passarela produces more than a mix of grape varieties. This house produces a blend of wines, making them unique.
