The Niepoort family has been producing Port Wine since 1842, being considered the most consensual producer in the national panorama.
Nat Cool, "cool and funky", is a new concept of meeting between various producers in order to create light and easy drinking wines. This wine recalls the old cloudy wines, which were bottled too early, to be refermented in the bottle and create carbonic gas.
This is a white wine with a lot of personality, fresh and vibrant with hints of citrus and vegetables. Uncomplicated and direct, acid and with a slight gas, which gives it life in the tasting. Its finish is austere, salty and crystalline, clean and refreshing.
