Poças Fora da Série Dogleg Branco

Poças Fora da Série Dogleg is a distinctive white wine from the Douro DOC, crafted from a unique blend of traditional Portuguese grape varieties including Arinto, Rabigato, Viosinho, Gouveio, Malvasia Fina, Códega, and Moscatel Galego Branco. Sourced from vineyards in the Baixo Corgo and Douro Superior sub-regions, the wine is partially fermented in stainless steel and used French oak barrels, followed by aging on fine lees with bâtonnage. This careful winemaking process brings out both freshness and complexity, resulting in a well-balanced and expressive wine.

On the nose, Poças Fora da Série Dogleg White Wine reveals citrus and stone fruit notes with hints of wild herbs, kerosene, and honey. The palate is creamy and rich, with layers of butter, yeast, and roasted nuts, finishing long and fresh with a citrus-driven character. Elegant yet structured, this limited-edition wine pairs beautifully with oven-baked fish and other refined dishes that highlight its vibrant acidity and depth.
