Casa Paciência on perheen omistama viiniyritys, jonka pääkonttori on Alpiarça, Ribatejo.

Viininvalmistajat yli 100 vuotta pitävät alueen perinteisiä lajikkeita, kuten: Fernão Pires, Tinta Roriz tai Trincadeira, johon he lisäävät Chardonnay, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, muun muassa.
Vuonna 1962 rakennettu viinitarho ylläpitää perinteisiä viinitarhoja, ja vaikka se ei ole enää "kerro", ne ovat toteuttaneet uusia teknologioita, nimittäin kylmäjärjestelmässä.

<p>The Reserva das Pedras wines are born from old vines planted in the Charneca region. With a mission to respect our history, these iconic vines are planted in soil that the Tejo River has once passed, leaving its mark in the form of rolled pebbles. This has given birth to these wines with an elegant and fresh profile that distinctly express the natural harmony between the soil, climate, and plants. The harvest is manual, in boxes of 18Kg, and the production amounts to 4,200Kg/ha. The wine is 100% Alicante Bouschet and is recommended to be served at 15 – 17ºC. It can be consumed immediately or over the next 15 years.</p>
