Casa Paciência ist ein Familienunternehmen mit Sitz in Alpiarça, in Ribatejo.

Weinproduzenten für mehr als 100 Jahre erhalten die traditionellen Sorten der Region, wie: Fernão Pires, Tinta Roriz oder Trincadeira, zu denen sie Chardonnay, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, u.a. hinzufügen.
Das Weingut, das 1962 gebaut wurde, hält die traditionellen Formen im Weinbau aufrecht und, obwohl es nicht mehr ein "Schritt in der Mühle" ist, haben sie neue Technologien umgesetzt, nämlich im Kaltsystem.
Sie nahmen auch einen Enotourismuskurs, öffneten die Kellertüren der Öffentlichkeit, mit Besuchen von Kellern und Weinproben.

<p>The Reserva das Pedras wines are born from old vines planted in the Charneca region. With a mission to respect our history, these iconic vines are planted in soil that the Tejo River has once passed, leaving its mark in the form of rolled pebbles. This has given birth to these wines with an elegant and fresh profile that distinctly express the natural harmony between the soil, climate, and plants. The harvest is manual, in boxes of 18Kg, and the production amounts to 4,200Kg/ha. The wine is 100% Alicante Bouschet and is recommended to be served at 15 – 17ºC. It can be consumed immediately or over the next 15 years.</p>
