Casa Paciência je rodinná vinařská společnost se sídlem v Alpiarça v Ribateju.

Výrobci vín po více než 100 let udržují tradiční odrůdy regionu, jako jsou: Fernão Pires, Tinta Roriz nebo Trincadeira, k nimž přidávají Chardonnay, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, mimo jiné.
Vinařství, postavené v roce 1962, udržuje tradiční modly ve vinařství a i když to už není „krokem na mlýně“, zavedly nové technologie, a to v chladném systému.
Také absolvovali enotourismus, otevřeli místnostní dveře široké veřejnosti, navštívili místnosti a víno.

<p>The Reserva das Pedras wines are born from old vines planted in the Charneca region. With a mission to respect our history, these iconic vines are planted in soil that the Tejo River has once passed, leaving its mark in the form of rolled pebbles. This has given birth to these wines with an elegant and fresh profile that distinctly express the natural harmony between the soil, climate, and plants. The harvest is manual, in boxes of 18Kg, and the production amounts to 4,200Kg/ha. The wine is 100% Alicante Bouschet and is recommended to be served at 15 – 17ºC. It can be consumed immediately or over the next 15 years.</p>
