Casa Paciência is a family-owned wine company based in Alpiarça, in Ribatejo.

Producers of wines for more than 100 years, maintain the traditional varieties of the region, such as: Fernão Pires, Tinta Roriz or Trincadeira, to which they add Chardonnay, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, among others.
The winery, built in 1962, maintains the traditional molds in winemaking and, although it is no longer a "step at the mill", they have implemented new technologies, namely in the cold system.
They also took an enotourism course, opening the cellar doors to the general public, with visits to cellars and wine tastings.

    <p>The Reserva das Pedras wines are born from old vines planted in the Charneca region. With a mission to respect our history, these iconic vines are planted in soil that the Tejo River has once passed, leaving its mark in the form of rolled pebbles. This has given birth to these wines with an elegant and fresh profile that distinctly express the natural harmony between the soil, climate, and plants. The harvest is manual, in boxes of 18Kg, and the production amounts to 4,200Kg/ha. The wine is 100% Alicante Bouschet and is recommended to be served at 15 – 17ºC. It can be consumed immediately or over the next 15 years.</p>
