Sovibor - Sociedade de Vinhos de Borba, Lda foi fundada em 1968 a partir da fusão de dois pequenos produtores de vinho, mas altamente experientes.
As vinhas, localizadas na sub-região de Borba, somam 200 hectares e são plantadas com Castelão, Trincadeira, Aragonez e Alicante Bouschet para vermelhos, e Roupeiro, Rabo de Ovelha e Tamarez para brancos.
Os vinhos são comercializados sob os rótulos Sovibor (um vinho PDO),Adega do Passo, Valflor e Mirabom.
