O vinho toma um tom Tawny. Os tons de madeira e nozes são evidentes no palato devido ao envelhecimento lento do vinho em cascos antigos. Colheita vai bem com sobremesas de frutas secas e o português "Leite Creme queimado". Como uma partida, a combinação com foie gras é impressionante</p>
