Un esempio davvero elegante del potenziale di questa varietà, con una bella frutta di pera e mela verde, una mela cotogna e una sottile vaniglia.</p> <p>Un ottimo vino dai sapori delicati e dalle salse ricche. Con alta acidità naturale è un ottimo vino per il confit di anatra. Funziona anche bene con piatti di funghi come risotto e formaggi morbidi</p>

<p>The Reserva das Pedras wines are born from old vines planted in the Charneca region. With a mission to respect our history, these iconic vines are planted in soil that the Tejo River has once passed, leaving its mark in the form of rolled pebbles. This has given birth to these wines with an elegant and fresh profile that distinctly express the natural harmony between the soil, climate, and plants. The harvest is manual, in boxes of 18Kg, and the production amounts to 4,200Kg/ha. The wine is 100% Alicante Bouschet and is recommended to be served at 15 – 17ºC. It can be consumed immediately or over the next 15 years.</p>
