Citric gold colour. Developed aroma, slightly fruited, honey and dried fruits. Dry taste, soft, slightly fruited, fresh, unctuous and dried fruits; long lasting finish with elegance

Vinificação

After a partial stripe of the grapes, with light crushing, follows thefermentation with skin maceration. The fermentation occurs with temperature control, being stopped by adding brandy (firewater)

Envelhecimento

This wine is the result of blending a selections of dry white wines, matured in oak casks, with an average of 4/5 years
