Quinta do Ataíde Virgem Extra is a medium fruity olive oil with aromas of fresh olives and herbaceous and dried fruit notes. In the mouth it is balanced with sweet, bitter and spicy nuances, with an elegant and persistent finish.
Due to its low acidity and excellent quality and harmony, Quinta do Ataíde olive oil is recommended to finalize dishes, namely meat, grilled, roasted and certain desserts (chocolate mousse, pineapple).
