



Guadelim Red is a robust Alentejo wine from Granja-Amareleja, made with the varieties Aragonez, Alfrocheiro, Alicante Bouschet, and Trincadeira. With an alcohol content of 15%, it stands out for its opaque red color and intense aroma of very ripe fruit, complemented by balsamic notes of rockrose and eucalyptus.
Guadelim Red Wine reveals itself to be full-bodied and velvety, presenting firm tannins that ensure a persistent structure. Due to its vigorous profile, the National Wine Cellar recommends its pairing with dishes of red meats, game, or intense cheeses. It should be served between 16°C and 18°C to express all its complexity.
