<p></p><p>The sparkling M & M is produced by the Bairrada Central Cave in Anadia, in the heart of Bairrada. The M & M brand was created to honor Américo Matos and Domingos Moura, two indispensable figures in the company's history.</p>
<p></p><p>The Quinta Pedra da Cancela is the fruit of the passion for the wine of the Gouveia family. The winemaking operation has been a family activity for several generations, in the beginning they were delivering their grapes at the Adega Cooperativa. In 1999, with the end of the superior studies in Viticulture and Enology of João Paulo Gouveia, son of João Coelho Gouveia, they decide to create their own wine. The vineyards were restructured, others were acquired and a modern wine cellar was built and with a high technology, all respecting the culture of the Dão demarcated region. In 2014 the name of the company became Pedra Cancela Vinhos do Dão Lda</p>
<p></p><p>The wine production in this place dates back at least to the 18th century. But it was in 2003 that there was the rebirth of the current Quinta dos Abibes whose terroir is already an inescapable symbol of Bairrada</p> <p></p>

<p></p><p>Pioneers in the growing of French grapes varieties in Portugal, Fiuza & Bright Wines specialized in mono-varietal wines. Nowadays Fiuza produces wines from Portuguese and international grapes with grapes that come from their one estates: Quinta da Requeixada and Quinta da Granja. The most important red varieties are: Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet, Aragonez, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, and the most important white varieteies are: Alvarinho, Arinto, Vital, Fernão Pires</p> <p> </p> <p></p>
