In the mouth it has the elegance of the variety, with freshness, present tannins tannins and a long, deep and pleasant finish.

The grapes on these single varietal wines from the Lisbon wine-producing region come from a vineyard called “Zavial”.
In the case of Pinot Noir, it is a parcel with 6ha of area in which there are three different clones planted.
