Strong aroma with notes of wood, honey and ripe fruit. Full-bodied and very persistent.<br />Its ageing in oak barrels and its acidity give it the perfect profile to harmonise with dishes traditionally associated with red wines. It pairs perfectly with oily fish; red meats such as goat or lamb; game meats; and white meats such as turkey, duck and chicken. It also goes well with cream or mushroom sauces.</p>

<p></p><p>Soalheiro Cota 27 White Wine has an intense straw yellow colour with golden reflections, it is clean and bright. On the nose, it combines aromas of riper fruit, such as apple, plum and lemon peel, with floral notes of acacia and elderflower. In the background, the mineral character, with a soft touch of smoke, gives it great depth and elegance. On the palate, the wine is unctuous and has ample structure. It's elegant and complex. With volume and freshness in perfect balance, it has a long and persistent finish. The acidity is balanced and integrated, giving it a friendly and subtle character.</p> <p>This is a very gastronomic wine, ideal to accompany a meal. <p></p><p>Pequenos Rebentos O Caminho White Wine  presents ctrus colour, citrus aroma with hints of orange blossom. Balanced acidity and long persistence, round and with some salinity. Harmonisation and longevity: Oily fish, white meat and grilled meats, at a temperature of 12ºC. It can be consumed immediately or over the next 10 to 20 years, provided it is stored in a cool, dry place, away from light and without temperature fluctuations.</p>

<p></p><p>Pequenos Rebentos Viagem ao Principio do Mundo White Wine is made from the Alvarinho grape variety from vineyards in Melgaço, this wine macerated and fermented on the skins for approximately 30 days, then aged on its lees for 18 months in Jerez barrels with a flower veil. Aged for 18 months in bottle. This is a wine with a strong character, intense, complex and rustic. Pequenos Rebentos Viagem ao Princípio do Mundo will always be a special edition, only released in exceptional years.</p> <p></p>
