Is a Commercial Society by Quotas constituted by public deed, the 16 of December of 1968.<br />It is the result of the merger of two small producers who started their activities many years before 1968 and later created the firms Manuel Joaquim Mira and Domingos Luiz Pinto & Filho, Lda., Both with wide traditions in the wine field. Therefore, and as a result of such merger, SOVIBOR is managed by people traditionally linked to the wine business.</p>
<p>After fermentation, Fundação Eugénio Almeida EA White Wine undergoes careful filtration, blending, and stabilization before bottling. This process results in a wine that is ready to be enjoyed, showcasing a clean and vibrant profile. It is recommended to serve this wine at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC, making it a refreshing and accessible choice for a wide range of occasions.</p> <p></p>
