Casa de Vilacetinho Avesso Raw Nature is a wine without sulfites, made with indigenous yeasts, and is neither clarified nor filtered. The result is an Avesso wine in its rawest form, which has fermented and matured in a cement egg. It also underwent malolactic fermentation in the same environment, providing it with the creamy texture that is so typical of Avesso, and featuring citrus and oxidative notes.
The Casa de Vilacetinho, located in Alpendurada overlooking the Douro River, is home to 30 hectares of vineyards that flourish in a continuous and orderly manner on granitic terrains. With a predominantly southern exposure, it becomes one of the most favorable locations in the demarcated region of Vinho Verde for the production of high-quality wines.
