<p>Vilar de Torpim Touriga Nacional Unoaked is a red wine that seeks to present a minimalist and pure interpretation of the most famous Portuguese grape variety in the high-altitude terroir of Beira Interior. By foregoing the oak-aging process (unoaked), the wine's focus is placed on the natural expression of the grape. This leads to a markedly fresh profile, focused on clean black fruit and intense floral notes (like violet), typical of the variety.
