Vilar de Torpim Reserva Rosé Wine is made from the Tinta Roriz grape variety by winemaker Jorge Rosa Santos. Its production process involves a very gentle direct pressing, utilizing only the highest quality "must tear". Its unique structure is due to its aging on fine lees and the inclusion of a small percentage of the batch aged in barrels, making it the perfect accompaniment to any meal.
