Visually, it presents an intense and bright golden colour, revealing on the nose a remarkable complexity that combines notes of dried fruits, like hazelnuts and almonds, with hints of dried peach and honey. The prolonged aging in barrel gives it a silky texture and a balanced structure, where the freshness of the fruit merges with elegant nuances of toasted wood.

In pairing, Vista Alegre Colheita 2015 White is a refined choice to accompany rich starters, such as foie gras or cured cheeses, but it truly shines alongside traditional pastries and fruit tarts.
