Permitido Reserva 2024 White Wine
Permitido Reserva White Wine boasts a light aroma of white fruit. Medium-bodied, it presents a fresh palate, but with a hint of vegetable. It finishes persistently. The grapes are a blend of Rabigato, Viosinho, and Gouveio. After being hand-harvested and transported to the winery in small boxes of 18kg-20kg, the bunches were destemmed, and the grapes were fermented and aged in small stainless steel vats on fine lees for approximately eight months. It was vinified using the open spout method.
