- Aroma of wild fruits, notes of spice, spices, very expressive violets and very fresh notes of basil and bergamot. Tannins very soft and very ripe, fresh and aromatic, very elegant, with an unusually long finish

- Fermentation in stainless steel tanks of 18 tons capacity, with tanning at around 26ºC. Intense and prolonged macering and partial malolactic fermentation in oak barrels
