<p></p><p>Ode Semillon ist ein Wein aus einer Rebsorte, die in Portugal nicht sehr verbreitet ist und oft mit der Herstellung süßer Weine in Verbindung gebracht wird.Der Hersteller wollte einen trockeneren Weinstil mit geringem Alkoholgehalt und hohem natürlichem Säuregehalt kreieren.Ein Teil dieses Weins (15 %) wurde 5 Monate lang in neuen 500-Liter-Fässern aus französischer Eiche gereift, um Textur und Präzision zu verleihen.Trocken, mit Zitrusnoten von Zitrone und Limette sowie grünem Apfel.Langer, mineralischer Abgang.</p> <p>Als junger Wein passt er sehr gut zu einfach gegrillten oder gebratenen Meeresfrüchten.Voll ausgereift ist er ein perfekter Begleiter zu langsam gebratenem Schweinefleisch oder Geflügel wie Fasan</p>
