



Herdade do Pico White Wine comes from the Granja-Amareleja region and is made from the traditional Portuguese grape varieties Antão Vaz, Arinto and Fernão Pires. The grapes underwent a gentle cold maceration for 6 hours, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low controlled temperatures, preserving the freshness and varietal expression.
Herdade do Pico White Wine shows a medium yellow color and a fresh and intense fruity aroma with a subtle tropical note. On the palate, the wine is vibrant and fresh, with good structure and a long and pleasant finish. It has an alcohol content of 13.5% vol, balanced by a total acidity of 4.30 g/L (tartaric acid), low volatile acidity and a pH of 3.50.
