Herdade da Malhadinha Nova is a typical Alentejo family farm, bought in 1998 by the Soares family: João, Paulo, Rita, João and Maria Antónia Soares.

Located in Albernôa, in the heart of the Lower Alentejo, it is an area of freedom, which is lost in the horizon without limits.
Since 1998, the passion and commitment of the family have led to the transformation of long abandoned land into soils capable of giving life to genuine Alentejo products, dedicating itself to the production of high quality wines and the breeding of native animals in total harmony with Nature and strict protection regime with protected designation of origin (PDO).
The Alentejo, land of immense fields where mountain, sea and sea winds blow, offers us unforgettable landscapes and promises different experiences in each of its fascinating places.
